On behalf of the IPACCMS, TEA for ICE , WFSICCM,NCS –MENA Chapter, and SSC ,We like to welcome you to this Mega Critical care event ECCC –Dubai 2017. For the 13th  successful  year ,Dubai has become the major Hub of Critical care in the Middle east bridging healthcare professionals in ICU from  the six continents annually  to collaborate and exchange knowledge, education, training  ,research  and best practice to ensure the quality of care provided to the critically ill is beyond excellence with  high  professional ethics and behavior from ICU staff without discrimination of  nationality ,race ,religion ,gender or race.

This year will be having 13th ECCC in Conjoint with the 13th IPACCM conference, 9th Asia-Africa WFSICCM conference and the 4nd Survival Sepsis Campaign  Middle East and for the first time the 3st Transcontinental Elite Alliance for  Intensive care Excellence  conference with contribution  of more than 100 faculty speakers from around the world Representing national  and international  societies ,Groups ,organizations and Institutes which include:

UAE, Saudi Arabia. Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain ,Qatar ,Jordan, Syria, Iraq ,Palestine, Lebanon ,Egypt ,Sudan ,Yemen ,Libya, Morocco ,Turkey ,Iran ,India ,Thailand  ,Korea, Japan ,Malaysia .Hong Kong, Australia, Nepal, China , Sri Lanka , Pakistan, Nigeria, South Africa ,Tunisia, USA ,,United Kingdom ,France, Germany ,Italy, Belgium and other more countries.

Who have the same passion for critical care while meeting the same challenges and successes each day.what we learned for the last 11 years in this annual event has made us better professionals with better skills and knowledge which resulted in better clinical outcomes to our critically ill patients but still there is always an opportunity for improvement and learning  something new as critical care is dynamic speciality with complex cases and new challenges emerging daily in our ICU and globally, our role is to keep paced with the new updates in this superb field of medicine.

This educational event will be CME accredited by IPACCMS for all entire critical care team involved in management of critically ill patients regardless of specialty: including nurses ,respiratory therapist, physicians, internist, surgeons, neurology, neurosurgeons,anesthestist, pharmacist, Emergency staff and all  related specialties for ICU care. The Conference this year which include  4 tracks in all critical subspecialties’ and 7 courses plus ongoing workshops and management courses in  addition preconference for the first time 2 BASIC courses for doctors and nurses  and the 5th Consecutive year  EDIC exam  in Dubai .the 4 tracks will have 100 topics this year plus  we added  4 types of  new presentations ( Pros  and Cons debate, Case Dilemmas’ ,ICUs in limited resources countries and Round table by world class experts) .The ECCC posters research  awards in its 7th successful year , have added 4 new awards in addition to the 9 awards  .all awards are named by an Islamic scientist and scholar who have contributed to the field of medicine and surgery  centuries ago which became the basis of what we are studying today in medical school  around the world, the awards are in recognition for their contribution to medicine and is open to all specialties, from doctors, nurses, ,pharmacist,laboratory,paramedics, students in medicine, pharmacy and lab and allied science, the winners posters will receive an plaque award with certificates  and their poster abstracts  will be published in the peer review  Journal  critical care.

During the conference , there will be ongoing meetings between all  30 national societies  as part of global collaboration and strengthening  critical care network  with engagement with various activities with  Presidents and representatives of WFSICCM, WHO, Global Sepsis alliance  , Survival sepsis campaign , ESICM,ANZIC, NCS,SCCM,IPACCMS in addition to the TEA for ICE 1stofficial board meeting
